• What are the most significant ethical issues presented in the movie? Explain 2-3.
• How would a deontologist judge the ethical issues you identified? In order to answer this, you must explain Kant’s moral
theory, the categorical imperative (both formulations), and how it would apply. Be specific.
• How would a utilitarian judge the ethical issues you identified? In order to answer this, you must explain Mill’s
utilitarianism, the principle of utility, and how it would apply. Be specific.
• Which of the two moral theories do you think is a better way to approach and resolve moral problems? Why? Make an
argument.
Compose an essay that covers the items above, is centered on a clearly identified argumentative thesis, and utilizes proper MLA
documentation, in-text and in the Works Cited page.
