For this assignment, you will write a research proposal to address a problem within the field of industrial-organizational psychology. The problem may be framed within any discipline (e.g., psychology, sociology, business).

Provide an introduction that includes a statement of the problem or research question, your hypothesis/hypotheses.Relevant background literature review using a minimum of 8 scholarly sources.
